Conan vs. Bear was a humoristic idea that occurred to Conan O’Brien, the former “Late Night” show host. The idea that became so well known was that of an imaginary fight between Conan O’Brien and a bear. It could have been any kind of bear. The bear is generally regarded as a symbol and as a legendary figure.

This imaginary fight was supposed to be a legendary fight as well. Many people came up with drawings, short animation films and other images of this imaginary fight. These images represented their own ideas and thoughts on this theme. There were about 400 different art works and many videos. O’Brien talked about these contributions on his former show Late Night with Conan O’Brien.
